Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made from Ricebowl AI at ricebowl.ai.

Subscription Purchases

• Your first subscription purchase may be refunded when you contact support@ricebowl.ai within 7 days of the initial charge.
• Subscription renewals are not normally refundable because credits are added at the start of each billing period, unless a refund is required by law.
• Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal charges. It does not automatically refund an earlier charge.

One-Time Credit Packs

One-time credit packs are normally final and non-refundable once purchased, unless a refund is required by law.

Failed Generations

When a generation fails before a usable result is delivered, the credits charged for that generation are automatically returned to your Ricebowl AI balance. This is a credit reversal, not a cash refund.

Incorrectly Described or Unavailable Services

If a purchased service was materially different from its description or was not provided, contact support@ricebowl.ai. We will review the order, the service delivered, and any credits used before deciding the appropriate remedy. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@ricebowl.ai from the address used for the purchase and include the order or invoice number. Approved cash refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider and card issuer.
